I Kadek Sumadi I Kadek Sumadi, SE, SH., MSi. CAk.,BKP is a figure who played a big role in establishing this Advocate’s office. Graduated with Bachelor of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Udayana University, in 1993, Master of Science, Faculty of Social & Political Sciences, Tax Administration Sciences, University of Indonesia, 2004, Faculty of Law, Department of Law, Mahasaraswati University, Denpasar-Bali, 2015, Very widely experienced, especially in the field of taxation. Many taxation cases have been handled, and is also a former Lecturer in Economics at Udayana University. Currently an accountant, lawyer and tax attorney, also active in organizations such as IKPI and PERADI.
I Wayan Putrawan SH I Wayan Putrawan SH, is one of the founders of the Law Office “SPP”. This Senior Advocate who completed his studies at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University in 2004, is also an advocate who has a dozen years of experience in both civil and criminal, non-litigation, especially related to foreign clients / foreigners, both Corporate (Corporate), and individuals. Advocates who completed the Advocate Profession Special Education (PKPA) at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, and the winner of the best score in the PERADI Advocate Professional Examination (UPA) in Bali in 2005, were sworn in as Advocates at the Denpasar High Court in 2006. The busyness of handling cases spread across various parts of Indonesia, as well as in Bali itself, is not a barrier for this senior advocate, to be active in the PERADI SAI and AAI Denpasar organizations.
Haryo Bagus Sujatmiko Haryo Bagus Sujatmiko, SH, is an Advocate who has completed his Bachelor of Law education at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University in 2004. Handling both civil and criminal cases in various regions in Indonesia, and also in Bali, makes him have a fairly good litigation and non-litigation experience. Having attended the Legal Drafting course and Legal Due Diligence Workshop several times organized by several institutions such as the Jimly School of Law and Government, as well as other institutions, making Advocates who passed the PERADI Advocate Professional Examination (UPA) in 2005, continue to strive to improve legal skills, in order to provide the best service to clients.
Ida Bagus Putu Arnawa Ida Bagus Putu Arnawa, SH, is an Advocate who has completed her Bachelor of Law education at Dwijendra University in 2015 In 2019 passed the Advocate exam, which was then sworn in at the Denpasar High Court. During his career as an Advocate, he has experience in the civil field, and has more experience in the tax field. Currently active in the management of the PERADI Denpasar organization.
